⅛ tsp         sugar
⅛ tsp         salt

Chow Mein Sauce:
1½ tbsp     soy sauce
1 tbsp        dark soy sauce
1 tbsp        oyster sauce
½ tsp         sugar
⅛ tsp         white pepper power

¼ tsp          salt (adjust as needed)
1 tsp           sesame oil
